We collect account details such as your email address, authentication provider, name and profile settings.

When you build a profile, we may store CV content, work experience, education, skills, projects, certificates, preferences, messages and files you upload.

We use this data to create your account, generate and improve your candidate profile, make CV and motivation-letter tools work, enable recruiter discovery and keep the platform secure.

We only use career data for product features you choose to use, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

CareerPulse uses AI to extract profile information from CVs, generate CV and motivation-letter drafts, optimize profile text and allow recruiters to ask questions about candidate profiles when AI chat is enabled.

Profile and CV data may be sent to AI providers such as Groq for processing. AI-generated output should always be reviewed by you before use. CareerPulse does not guarantee job interviews, offers or hiring outcomes.

Authentication is handled with Supabase and may include OAuth providers such as Google. These providers process login information according to their own privacy policies.

We store only the information needed to identify your account and keep sessions secure.

Uploaded CVs, generated resume versions and related files are stored so you can use the platform features. Files may be processed to extract structured career data.

You can delete your account or request removal of stored profile data and uploaded files.

Public profiles are controlled by your visibility settings. You decide whether your profile is public, whether AI chat is enabled and which profile sections are visible.

Be careful not to publish sensitive information you do not want recruiters or visitors to see.

CareerPulse uses services including Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Groq for AI processing, Vercel for hosting and OAuth providers for login.

These services help us operate the platform securely and reliably.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data.

You can manage many settings directly in your dashboard, and you can contact us for privacy requests.

Account deletion removes your account, profile data, uploaded CVs and generated files where technically possible. Some logs or backups may remain for a limited period for security and legal reasons.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
